For 20 years, I worked as an accountant in many businesses.
The more businesses I worked with, the more I saw common issues with efficiency and growth/not hitting their targets.
Whilst CEOs and business leaders have many frustrations and problems, they really all boiled down to only a handful of root causes…..
Lack of a clear vision, no clearly defined growth strategy, team inefficiency, time wasted on inefficient meetings, and inefficient processes.
For the last 8 years, I worked as a ‘right hand person’ for business owners, to not only provide financial strategy but also to help them identify and fix inefficiencies, to scale and become more profitable.
This meant the CEOs and business owners I worked with could scale up without overwhelm and stress. And - ultimately - they could live the lives they set out to when they started in business.

Amanda is a highly experienced Finance professional with 19 years of experience. She is passionate about working with SME businesses in growth environments with a focus on improving systems and processes to ensure that the business is making traction towards their goals consistently.
Amanda is an EOS implementor and Agile trained.

Wayne is our sys admin and working silo on our tech stacks and apps, ensuring clients have the best technologies and support to engage in actual conversations with our accountants.
Time and time again, Wayne gets it right so we can consult our clients to make key informed decisions, improvements and inevitable growth, along with the all important money into the business being secured.

Michelle handles the day-to-day operations Get Launchd. As an integral part of our team, Michelle produces the bookkeeping, weekly and monthly reports and management accounts.
Well versed in multiple systems and processes, no cost is left unaccounted for, so our clients are always in the know and can make good, well-informed decisions quickly.
